This project is now underway as we speak, it is due to be completed around the end of september and will be on the open market for the Autumn.

This project is in the Yeovil area and work will take 4 to 5 weeks to complete. We are installing a new bathroom, kitchen and conservatory and a full redecoration of the property. The gardens will have a complete makeover with new lawns laid at the rear of the property.This will be a very desirable property when completed, the conservatory will span the lenth of the house and overlook the lovely mature gardens which are not overlooked at all.

A local Somerset couple have purchased the mature bungalow above, set in a nice cul-de-sac in a picturesque Somerset town. We have been instructed to fully modernise the property including a new kitchen and bathroom, full redecoration, replacement windows and doors and installation of soft furnishings including carpets and curtains.
